Procrastination is just another symptom of stress as I explain below:
When your feelings of stress are reduced and your ability to deal with stress is increased, in addition to feeling calmer and more relaxed, with my treatment you will be able to remember things more easily, your concentration levels will increase, you will be able to judge situations more clearly, you will start to see the positive in situations more regularly, the anxious and racing thoughts will subside and that feeling of constant worry will dissipate.
From an emotional perspective, you will feel less moody, irritable and short tempered, you will feel less agitated and be able to relax more, you won’t feel overwhelmed, or lonely or so isolated. Any feelings of depression or general unhappiness will lift.
Physically, your aches and pains will improve, any bowel problems such as constipation, diarrhoea (or the alternating of both)! will subside, nausea, vomiting and dizziness will become resolved, any pains you experience in your chest and your increased heart rate will level out.
