Tension Headaches

Tension headaches or stress headaches are the most common form of benign headache people suffer from day to day. The most common symptoms of tension headache are a feeling of tightness around the head, pressure behind one or both eyes and throbbing or bursting sensations. The symptoms can arise at any time and may take several days to wear off. Some headaches are triggered by eyestrain, tension in the neck and shoulders, blocked or inflamed sinuses, toothache etc… Other triggers may be foods such as coffee, tea, chocolate, alcohol oranges.
